Wednesday, September 23- 5:30pm flight on US Airways to Philadelphia and on to Dublin Airport. You'll need to check in at the airport by 3:30pm, to make sure there are no problems along the way. We'll be waiting for you in the airport pub nearest the US Airways gate.
Thursday, September 24 - Arrive Dublin at 8:30am, we'll be met by the one and only Dave Spillane, our guide and driver for the week, then pile into the luxury coach for the drive to Dublin. Too early to check into the hotel, but not too early to tour the world-famous Guinness Brewery and its 80-foot-high pub overlooking all of Dublin. Maybe a quick lunch, and time to shop in the Guinness Store. Then we'll be able to check into our rooms at the Jury's Inn Christchurch, in the heart of Dublin! Some will want to nap, the rest of us will enjoy a walking tour of some of Dublin's most famous pubs. On our own for dinner.
 


Friday, September 25 - Optional day trip to Avoca (site of Ballykissangel); St. Kevin's and Glendalough; and the Wicklow Mountains. Followed by an evening of entertaiment with our good friends from JIG.

 


Saturday, September 26 -- All aboard for a trip through Kilkenny and Cork City to beautiful Killarney. We'll be here for three nights, with day trips to the Ring of Kerry, Dingle, maybe Kinsale and Cobh, and of course Blarney, home of the woolen mills and the Blarbey Stone!

 


Sunday, September 27 - Another day and night in and around Killarney. We'll be at the Eviston Hotel, which is home of the Danny Mann Pub, and Killarney's best music!


Monday, September 28 - Another day for day trips...

 

 


Tuesday, September 29 - An early start for a scenic trip across the Shannon River on the Tarbert Ferry, through County Clare, with a stop at the Cliffs of Moher. Maybe a lunch at Gus O'Connor's in Doolin, and on to Galway City in time for a late-afternoon pub crawl and an evening of music.

 


Wednesday, September 30 - Full day and night in Galway, including an optional day trip to the Connemara region, with stops in Spiddal for shopping, and the house where the Quiet Man was filmed.
October 1st - Early out, for the busride to Bunratty, last-minute shopping, then over to the Shannon Airport for an Irish Coffee, duty-free shopping, and the flight back to Buffalo. We're schedule to arrive this evening at 6:00pm via Philly.
